Hi,

I was told that Palmer Cocoa butter with lavendar is suppose to be good for helping to heal c-section scars. I've also been told sudacream is good at helping it dry up.

Has anyone got any recommendations?

Thanks

Hiya, I don't have an recommendations as I jus left mine both times and they healed on their own quickly. Both times I had a bath from the following day and removed the dressing on day 5. I personally wouldn't put anything on it unless advised to by doctors x

I personally wouldn't put anything on it either. I didn't on mine, just made sure plenty of air got to it and that I patted it dry after showering. It's barely even visible now.

Any cream will soften the scab that's formed to protect the wound beneath, best bet to make sure the wound stays as dry as possible and concentrate on your health and not breaking the scab open.
