What do you pack your children for lunch? Elyse starts school in September and I'm already feeling anxious about it!

A sandwich/breadroll/wrap/pitta, usually with ham or cheese and salad
A frube
Some fruit (an apple/banana/some grapes)
A cereal bar
Cheese cube or cocktail sausages depending on whats in her bread
A drink (squash in her sports bottle)

1-2 days a week he gets pizza or subway. The other days I send a sandwich, Kraft dinner, zoodles, or a lunchable.
Then I always send a fruit squeeze, a cheese string, 1-2 fruit, if I only send one fruit then I always send some veggies and dip, and a bear paw or granola bar. Then I mostly send water but once or twice a week I send juice.
He tells me when he gets bored of something so it's not too bad.

Sandwich/wrap
Frube
Crisp
Fruit/raisins
Cocktail sausages
Carton of pure orange/apple juice

On a Friday they are allowed a chocolate treat, such a funsize twix, club biscuit etc.

You can also make up a cold pasta snack (mine won't eat cold pasta) instead of a sandwich, cubes of cheese, carrot sticks/cucumber etc and a dip.

my son jst stays all day mondays and then afternoons at the moment for the rest of the wk (off wed) he has

sarnie (wotever he wants)
crips
fruit
kitkat
and a drink

he gets snack at school aswell x

Daniel has: either a sandwich or pasta (he prefers the pasta!)
A drink
2 or 3 pieces of fruit
A treat
A yoghurt

Sometimes I add some cheese too.

A ham sandwich/tuna wrap
A piece of fruit
Snack - cheese/salami/cherry toms/crackers
Juice

They are only at school for 4 1/2 hours, if it was longer I would put in more snackie bits xx

Earl has packup 2 days a week.

I'll send:

Sandwich with ham/cheese or a sausage roll
1/2 a pack of crisps in a tupperware
2 biscuits like jammy dodgers or bourbons, or a chocolate biscuit like a penguin
Fruit - usually grapes as he will eat these! lol
Sometimes I'll send an extra snackie bit like cheese cubes, sausages, breadsticks, or an extra biscuit, fruit stick, raisins - he's there 6 hours and doesn't always want breakfast before he goes so I like to give him some choice so I know he'll eat something.

I don't send a drink as they're funny about them, but when he goes to school he'll get a carton of juice/drink or a fruit shoot.

Ham sandwich,
Fromage frais and a spoon
Apple
Banana
Carton of fruit juice

Riley starts school in September and they have said to aim for 2 pieces of fruit and crisps or chocolate but not both.
