Screeching when crying

Poppy seems to have perfected a new horrible cry - where she really screeches and screams mid cry. It sounds awful, like she's in pain or something. But you pick her up, she stops and is all smiles.

I'm guessing it's just a new sound in her repetoire, but it sounds really upsetting

Alex has a similar cry aswell when were trying to get him to sleep, its awful to hear!

My LO cries like this normally - it is heartwrenching !
