Sea bands are amazing for nausea :-)

I just want to share. .....
I get really bad morning sicknesd but I don't like taking any drugs when pregnant (just personal choice - no offence intended) so I looked for an alternative. I found sea bands mama which are just wrist bands that apply some pressure on a certain spot to reduce nausea. You forgot they are there.

Well this evening I ate some food Whoop whoop and I didn't vomit. I've gone to bed feeling ok too not my ususl crawl up the stairs. They have worked for me and I was skeptical.

I've heard other women swear by these, I'll have to try them my next pregnancy!

They didn't work for me . Spent 8 pounds on them as well.x

I used the Sea Bands when I was pregnant with my son. I have to admit that though it didn't completely curb the nausea, it did take away the vomiting. I never vomited once with the Sea Bands on.
