Sea bands for nausea?

Has anyone tried them? Full blown morning sickness has kicked in and it sucks. Especially while trying to take care of a two and three year old. So I'm looking for anything to take the edge off!

I have been wearing them when nausea is at it's worst. They definitely have been helpful. I don't wear them all the time as I have heard that if you do, you adjust to them and they wear off after some time.
