What do you guys think of the name Sebastian? My brother is going to name is baby that name and I don't like at all. Any suggestion?

I like Sebastian as a middle name bc i like the sound of the full name but not the nicknames (Seb, Bastian ). But......... since it's up to your brother & his OH you should prob just smile & say "that's nice." Lol.

be happy and support your brother's choice, even if you dont like it. Imagine if your favorite name was met with the same disdain?

I foolishly told my mother my favorite name for my DD and she hated it, and told me so. I was very hurt and regretted sharing it.

WHatever your nephews name, you'll love him none the less.

I love it! But agree with the others - just tell you're brother it's nice and leave it at that. Not nice to try and change someones mind about the name they have chosen for their child.

I have to agree, my mum hates our choice for a boy and has been suggesting other names in the hope we'll change our minds We won't! xx
