My son is Sebastian, great name. just a query, doesn't a dash over an e change the pronunciation to an "a" as in cafe' or fiance', i can't get the dash over the e but you get my point?

One of my favourite musician name is spelt Sébastien and I like it this way. Its the French spelling of it.
