Seche Vite

Hello

Do I remember a thread ages ago about nail polishes and some people were saying that Seche Vite is really good? I'm sure some of you were saying how to use it but I can't remember! It didn't come with any instructions. Am I right in thinking you put it on while your nail polish is still wet?
