My DD has had dodgy bowels for nearly 3 weeks now. I would call it diarrhoea, sometimes it's like an explosive fart, sometimes it just leaks out. TMI sorry!!!

My GP had a feel of her tummy and it was fine, and my daughter is fine in herself. No vomiting or anything.

I originally thought it was due to teething but when I mentioned we'd let her have some little pots of fromage frais yoghurts the GP suggested a cows milk sensitivity (I stopped the yoghurts after the problems started but she also had stuff since like buttered toast and cheese puff crisps which were made with real cheese).

A lot of stuff online talks about secondary lactose intolerance, but says that you should temporarily change to lactose free formula as well to let the gut heal. My GP didn't mention this but is it worth a go?
