Does anyone have any advice on 'extras' that help with TTC? I am tracking BBT, CM and OPK's but wondered is there anything else I can do? Like eat lots of carrots or something??! I eat healthily, exercise don't smoke, don't drink much.
We are BD'ing before and on O, I do a handstand afterwards for about 20 mins. I am trying to remain stress free and am repeating positive affirmations daily.
Any advice or tips would be appreciated.. Vitamin supplements/spells/diet.. Anything, however weird or wonderful?
