Selling dummy clips, toy savers, headbands and other infant accessories

You see many sites mainly Facebook selling these sorts of things. I love making little bits and bobs for my kids and would love to start a business doing this

However I know there's issues when selling with the safety guidelines ect. Beads can cause choking hazards and straps can cause strangulation.

How would I go about doing this so I don't get into trouble selling items..

Would it be the same if I used ribbon alone instead if the beads?

Anyone sell or have experience/knowledge of this?
