Sending visitor messages? Im confused :(

So, I recieved visitor messages and now Im trying to figure out how to message them back. But I cant seem to find a way. I also searched the thread and it said click on their name, go to public profile, click visitor message tab. But when I go to the profile the only tabs I see are about me and statistics. No one to message the person back, why is this??

AT the bottom right of each message you will notice 'view conversation' click onto here and enter your reply into the text box shown at the top of the conversation showed. Alternatively click on their username from the wall message and enter a message onto their wall.
