Evening ladies, I did come on this morning and do a big long post, then it re-logged me on and got rid of what I had done!! Grrrrr! So I lost the will to live and gave up!

Also does anyone else have really heavy periods? I gave up on super they didn't even last 15mins the super plus I'm getting 30-45 mins driving me mad!!

Blob since having James I've been having the same issues regarding heavy bleeding. more so this past 4 months since my cycles have been getting shorter.

Now I have to use super plus tampon and an always ultra night towel for the first three days and this lasts me 1 1/2 hours. O have to sit on a towel to work in case I get stuck in traffic and flood. Sleep on a towel too with JJ's old muslins next to the bed incase I flood when I wake up first thing in the morning.

:hugs: completly appreciate how you are currently feeling. I went to the doctors who took lots of blood tests for thyroid and hormones etc but all came back normal. Havent been back again to see what other options are available to help me. My sister has also had the same issue since having two children.

Sorry but a selfish post but had a really good day today. it was Lily's 4th bday and all.went down a treat.ben didn't sleep all day as he was having a great time on a little bouncy castle we hired actually went to sleep at 9pm and was still giggling!!!

Ordered a brand new Cmax through salary sacrifice scheme at work. Roll on delivery date!

Received a cheque for £5K as a refund for a missold PPI claim. Yey!!!
 
Ben should wake at a reasonable hour tomorrow morning then ! Glad you had a great time today with birthday celebrations. I really like the cmax and looked at one before jj was born but ended up with a focus. Yay for your compensation too :-)

I would go and see your Doc especially if its only now that they have started to become heavy. It might be something simple for you eg a blood test or mirena coil (sp) I think was suggested to lessen the bleeding - I said not interested as wanting to TTC as of January so Doctor said as nothing came up in the blood screening just cntinue as is until TTC.
 
Thanks jelly they have always been heavy and normally last about 14 days :hissy: just not quite this heavy but I have only had about two periods in the last 7 years :rofl:

See I thought about the coil but I'm really prone to break through bleeds so I'm worried about that... Pretty much I feel like my body is falling apart :rofl: I always thought I was getting growing pains in my legs :haha: but I've recently realised its back pain (what an idiot) but it makes my legs go numb and tingle ha ha.
 
Have you tried Physio?

When I had a bad wrist after JJ born I went to Physio and it was all linked to my back they did a few sessions of manipulation on top of back and I did some stretches and haven't had the problem since.

Definitely a doc appointment for you :hugs:

Hi girls

Just popping in to say hello! Sorry I've not been around too much, been feeling really bad. Constantly being sick and also STILL got this cold- it's been 12 days now, I've never had a cold for this long before! I went back to the docs on Friday as the meds he gave me weren't working and he gave me something else, but they aren't working either. If anything, I feel worse! I am going back again tomorrow as think I'm going to have to get another sick note as there's no way I can go to work whilst being sick like this, it's horrible! Even with nothing in my stomach I'm constantly retching!

Anyway, enough moaning! Genies what is the deadline date for sending our SS pressies out? Are we going to all open them on the same day, open as they arrive, or save til Christmas?

Blob my periods were like that for the few months before I got pregnant, horrible :hugs:

Its my first period since Rosalie so I can't complain too much esp since I stopped BF at 10 months :haha:

Good idea. I think it was 10th December last time (how I remember that I don't know!) and we opened as we received, but I think it'd be nice if we all opened at the same time after we received them this time!

Kara I've been looking at that Britax B Dual pram and I really, really like it! Have you tried it out? I like it like this, with the toddler in the front and the smaller baby in a soft carrycot at the bottom.

I love the icandy pear as well and I have an icandy now which I love... but part of me wants a change too if you know what I mean! I need to try it out really x
 
Blob, how comes it's your last cake for a while?

And ladies with really heavy periods, my mum had that problem for years before they discovered that she had some really large fibroids in her womb and that was causing the heavy bleeding x

Thats nice Emzy my personal only issue with those ones is that the baby is so close to the floor. I just found it really odd? Does it change into 1 pram later on?? I know what you mean on changing it though :lol: If I have another I want to get the peach :haha:
