Ladies a horrible thought has just struck me.... I have nowhere to put my Christmas tree  We moved in March to a bigger place but the lounge is still tiny especially when you add in a camp cot etc. What am I going to do?

maybe get a wall mountable one? we have a small front room too, we are just evicting some furniture till after xmas to a different room...

Can you not take an item of furniture out just for christmas, a chair or something.

I used to do this in my old house, the tree has to go up!

I was going to suggest moving something out for the Christmas period x

Would I be a bad Mother if I got rid of the twins camp cot? It's only really there for daytime naps or if I need to put them somewhere secure for a minute.

Ours is in the dining room because there's no space in our front room x x

My mum always used to take a chair out for Christmas lol
I'm having the same problem x only we got a living/dining room in
One. We got 2huge sofas and a dinning table and the room is full and it's not stuff we can evict!?!? The only thing to go is the kids toys!?!? Lol

lol I evicted half the childrens play area to make room for my tree...

I'd agree with moving some furniture out for now if its possible. Or if you have a bay window could you get a slimline tree and fit it in there? xxx

we had a few years with a tiny tree stood on the biggest table in our nest of tables in the corner, never really use the biggest one anyway. now we have a new sofa and moved the room around and can fit a bigger tree in. though it is going to mean wall mounting the tv this year lol

I have to remove my coffee table and block one of the archways to my dining room in order to get my tree in. I think everyone I know has to have a bit of a furniture rearange at christmas to get a tree in.

The camp cot is going to have to be moved elsewhere, we really don't have anything else we can move out. Our coffee able has already gone so we can put the twins play mat and bouncy chairs in the lounge during the day.

ours goes in our kitchen/diner
always has.. theres not space in our lounge although its a good size we cant move anything around..

you could move the camp cot out? it would only be over christmas and not the end of the world right? :haha::blush:
