Seven Seas Pre-Natal Vitamins

Hello,

Has anyone taken these vitamins and become really constipated? I started taking them three weeks ago but have been really constipated for the last week and a half. i've not made any changes to my diet or lifestyle other than the vitamins so I'm wondering whether they are the culprit.

Hey I've started taking them, I've near finished the box. I've had no side affects from them.
