Hi ladies. Anyone else out there on their 7th cycle of TTC? Just want to share the journey because I've passed that half-year mark and am trying to stay positive.

Little bit about me: we started TTC in August to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. In October, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I also had fairly short LPs (around ten days). I've been on thyroid meds for over three months now and my LPs have lengthened to 12-14 days (yay!). I had my thyroid rechecked and my progesterone checked last week, so now I'm just waiting for the results.

Would love to hear some of your stories and have some friends for what hopefully won't be too much longer of a wait!

Hi there! :) Good luck, I hope your tests come back great. It's great news that your LP has lengthened!!

I'm on cycle 11... in the 2ww now. This was our first month trying treatment (fermera, ultrasound, trigger shot) and hopefully our last, we'll see! :)

My fingers are crossed for you, spiritbear! Sending you tons of baby dust!

We are on our 8th cycle ttc #1 ... so frustrating passing that half year mark! But trying to stay positive. My husband recently completed a SA and we're anxiously awaiting the results. Good luck to you! Hopefully it won't be much longer for either of us!!

Spiritbear, please keep me posted!

I hope you get good results back on his SA, amalonettc! My DH is making an appointment this month to get one done, and I'm very nervous. Never imagined TTC would be so filled with anxiety!

Hi ladies!

It's great you both are getting the SA done early. Hopefully it is all clear! If not, there are a lot of options to help with things. My husband's was 100% normal.

Yes, I know what you mean. It was just a few months ago that I was in the same situation as you both and was starting to feel really anxious. My advice is to take care of yourself and be really kind to yourself as much as possible during this time <3

I tested today and it was a very very light positive, which I'm sure is do to the HCG trigger sill being in my system (I got it 10 days ago) and I'm thinking I'm out for the month. Next month we scheduled a month off (our first time doing a month off) and I'm excited about that- it'll be nice to re-group :)

Best of luck to you both and I'm hoping we all have some good news very soon!! <3

Hi! :hi: This is my 8th cycle TTC our first baby, also I have hipothyroidism.

Hi Maries_s! Darn hypothyroidism! How long have you known you have it? I never would have thought to check my thyroid if it hadn't been for my doctor...thank goodness she was proactive. :D

I'm aware that I suffered from hypothyroidism diseases since I was 7. They discovered I had some nodules but they where able to get rid of them via synthroid medication. I left medication when I was 12 without any medical consent because I felt symptoms of tiredness everyday. I return to medication when I was 20 year old. At 23 they perform a sonogram and discover I have multiple nodules then they perform a biopsy and currently waiting for the result. :sad1: The doctor told me that to remain calm because the condition shouldn't affect whether I get pregnant or not. Therefore I guess you should not worry about the condition. :awww:

This month I'm going to use Pre-Seed fertility lubricant, I read a lot of good reviews about it and I also recommend it. :happydance:

Oh interesting, according to my doctor and everything I've read about hypothyroidism, it plays a HUGE role in getting pregnant! I had a pretty short LP until I got it under control with the medication...but now it's back to normal, so my fingers are crossed...
