Severe cramping

The cramps started out light this morning but they are getting worse. It kind of feels like I am being stabbed in my right ovary. Has anyone else had anything like this?

Yes! I do every time I ovulate. I always know when I'm close because that stabbing, pinching pain comes on so suddenly and sometimes takes my breath away.
