Severe Vomiting

My hyperemesis has been under control for over a month now and last night out of nowhere I threw up 20+ times from midnight until 5am. I had preterm contractions at 19 weeks and am now 21w2d. Should I call dr or try to rehydrate at home?

It wouldn't hurt to give the doctor a ring, given your history, just to make sure you're not too dehydrated. But try to rehydrate at home too, lots of tiny sips. Hope you feel better soon
