Sex Every Other Day?

So my SO and I decided to start trying and my fertility window is from the 1-7 with ovulation predicted on the 6th. I've read in a book that having sex every other day is best and on the day of ovulation, but every day is ok if the male is very fertile. My SO and I have not been tested for our fertility, so I was wondering what you ladies think about it? Thank you!

Sperm live inside your body for up to 5 days so it really doesn't matter, whatever you feel up to doing.

Ditto to PP....but....how do you know when you are ovulating? If you are just going off some generic app/book you are likely going to miss your fertile window and ovulation day compleatly.

Not every women ovulates on the same day (every app will tell you CD14 is ovulation day). I have come across very few women who ovulate CD14.

I suggest you start BBT temping and tracking on fertility friend. Temping is the only way to 100% confirm ovulation. Fertility friend also has a ton of turtorials that are super helpful.

i just figured that out because my CM is definitely the egg white consistency now and i'm supposedly 6 days from ovulation. Guess it's a good thing my SO and I have been BDing every other day the last week anyways haha
