Sex lives?

I only had my section last friday so im definatly not having any action any time soon i no that, i was just wonderig if your sex lives returned the same as before, or even just action in the bedroom i havent gave my OH anything in the last few weeks and now im scarred and have a flabby tummy im even more insecure about my body, i no you have to wait 6 weeks when you have a natural birth but weve been through major surgery, and im not sure my OH even wants me to touch him not that his asked for anything i just dont want him to miss out, any advice would be great :/

I had a emcs, we waited exactly 6 weeks, LOL the night after my 6 wk check up we dtd. It was fine, not painful but you must go slow and make sure you are well lubed. He has to watch the pressure as well. Don't worry he still wants you, my hubby didn;t say a thing about sex until I brought it up for us to try and he told me it was because he wanted to wait until I was ready. I am sure your hubby feels the same way. GL hun!

I waited 8 weeks. Wanted to be back on the pill. We stopped ay the beginning of the third tri so it had been a while lol. It was ok. A bit painful bit after first few times waa back to normal. Sex is the same sw before although having a newborn means opportunities are less lol

We waited 7 weeks (until i got my IUD). We didn't want to take any chances of getting pregnant again so soon, even if I am exclusively breastfeeding. It did not hurt. I was more worried about the abdominal contractions that go with orgasm than the intercourse itself. We had a session of mutual masturbation about a week earlier to make sure it didn't hurt to orgasm, and because we really wanted to be intimate.

After my 3rd c-section my sex life returned to nomal and faster than before. Hence number 4 (lol but true). It all depends on how long you bleed etc. But we were dtd 2 weeks after I got home.
