Hey Ladies, so I just posted this in the First Trimester section but I realized this one may be more appropriate.

I was just wondering how you girls are with sex during the first trimester... Are you just having sex like before? Are you having more sex? Less sex? No sex? I'm just curious how you guys feel about the subject..

I know every website & doctor say that sex won't lead to miscarriage and it's completely safe but I'm still finding myself worried. With my miscarriage that happened last year ( on Christmas) it all started with sex.. We saw the heartbeat, baby and everything! Everything was great until about 2 nights later we had sex and I started bleeding DURING sex. I'm not saying it caused it.. I have no clue what cause it but it just worries me. I feel awful for DH because he has been wanting it bad lol (sorry TMI)

Am I just being crazy?

I feel where you are coming from. I have a much lower sex drive, which sucks for my husband. It doesn't help that he gets home late after working so when I have wanted to try to get something started, he is tired but in the morning time, I am too tired to really want to do anything!! I am wary of just masturbating (sorry if tmi) because the last time I did, I spotted. It freaked me out but I came to find from reading other accounts that this is normal. Still!!

After what you went thru with your loss, I'm not surprised you are hesitant. I would be too... Having said that though, sex will NOT cause a MC. It was a horrible horrible coincidence that you had, which I am so sorry you had to go through.
Pregnancy has just killed my sex drive. I was hoping once I reached 2nd trimester that it would improve.... My energy levels slowly are increasing, but my desire for sex hasn't. It doesn't help that I would be more likely to DTD during the day when I have more energy, but we have a 4yo so clearly that isn't going to happen, lol.
