sex?

me and OH were told no sex until after 14 weeks, and we just carried on until last night....since then ive been to the loo loads and had no bleeding or increased discharge or anything, and baby is moving loads like normal.
but im still worried, has anyone been told to not have sex for the entire pregnancy after MC's?
im not too sure where to go now, to continue to just have a 'sex ban' or for it to be okay once in a while?
sorry if this is TMI, but when i spoke to my midwife she said it was fine after 14 weeks but this doesnt reasure me.

i had this same worry, waited it 16 weeks and for 3 days after was in total panic. We have decided that every once in a while should be fine as so meny people do have sex during pregnancy. x

i remeber last year when i was pregnant whenever we had sex i had achy belly afterwards but apparently its normal. i think as long as its not too rough lol you should be fine xxx
