Sexual positions

Does anyone have any tips about which sexual positions are most effective for conceiving? I've read that the good old missionary position is a winner, and also doggy style. Any more?

Doggy style is good for ladies with tilted uterus. Otherwise missionary works best.

How do you know if you have a tilted uterus? I might alternate and try them both, don't want to get bored since me being on top is probably not a good idea.

I guess when you go to papsmear the doc gets an idea if its tilted or not
Hehe yeah you can do it alternatively

Yes, when they do a UltraSound also they can figure out if it is tilted.
