But any how

How do you test your ovulation and fertile days ?
Temps? Any Intel there ?
Other ways ?
Calendar etc?

Hi there! I use the app Fertility Friend, it truly is a helpful app to track fertility/period. Check it out!! I would buy a bbt thermometer so you can temp, best time to temp is first thing in the morning before you get out of bed. Also, ovulation predictor kits (wondfo’s are a very reliable brand on Amazon) to cross check ovulation simply use as soon as you see clear cervical mucous! All this info can be put on the Fertility Friend app and it will work it’s magic.

This BFP cycle:
Ff app
Essential oils before O
Maca for DH on 2 days we BD
Used clearblue digi opk that never peaked
Only BD twice 1 on o and a few days after
I laid on my left side after BD
I propped my hips after BD
I used a cup after BD
We had feng shui in our bedroom
I used Femara

That's it I think. The only new thing was the feng shui. Everything else we had been doing cycles before.
