    So the other night I saw an advert for a pregnancy pillow advising ladies to sleep on their left. It has stuck in my mind and I have been doing so since.

    Had a little google earlier. Apparently sleeping on the left increases blood flow to the uterus. Can this be helpful during ttc?

    hmmmmmmmm im so very curios now! im usually a tummy sleeper sometimes my sides.... ill def change if its true! worth a shot at least!

    i always sleep on my left =]] though nouts happened to me in 3 months yet i'm glad it might help ttc. lol
