sharp pain during sex help please

Hi ladies wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
I'm 32 weeks second baby and me and my partner were playing around (sexual) and all of a sudden out of nowhere i felt like an extreme sharp/pinching/tearing/shooting pain in my lower tummy.

I know contractions are normal but this wasn't a contraction. Anyone else experienced this? It feels very sore now x

It could be something pulled a bit from a sudden excited movement or some RLP working an area that isn't often worked out? I know I get that same feeling if I suddenly cough or sneeze without bracing myself or holding my belly. I'd say if you haven't had any bleeding, etc and the pain goes away after resting a while you're probably ok, but best bet is always to check with your care provider.

I agree, it sounds like round ligament pain, it can really hurt!

I would agree with it probably being round ligament pain. I've had it a couple of times during sex when you unknowingly try to use abdominal muscles that don't work anymore! Also you can get some pretty intense bh so watch out for those too
