Sharp pain in one side only

Has anyone else had any sharp type pains around 5 weeks? I've had the period type cramping but that's settled mainly, then today I've had a few sharp pains down on the left side almost towards my groin area rather than my tummy.

I'm generally fine and it's only occasional. Do you think it could just be ligament stretching pain?

I had something like that on my right side until 5.5 weeks. It was sharp pain on my right side, ranging from near the right groin area to my rib. I don't know what it was, but it stopped.

The doctor did blood tests and an early u/s to rule out ectopic.

I'd definitely let your doctor know, I did have some sharp pains in the first tri but I did get ultrasound and blood to rule out ectopic.

With my first pregnancy and now this one I have a pain on my left side. It turns out it's a corpus luteum cyst and usually goes away on its own. Maybe that could be what you're feeling

Hm, I'm having this at 7 weeks, too. Have a call in to my doctor. Hopefully it's nothing, just normal growing pains.
