Sharp pain in uterus after passing gass

As it says...passed gas and suddenly got a sharp pain at the front left of my uterus (baby sits more on the right). Gradually reduced and stopped after about 20 seconds. Any thoughts?

I've had it a few times on my right side & baby generally hung out on left side. I don't think it's anything to worry about. It would pop up when sneezing, or with a certain movement. Not had it fr a while. Your mw can probably tell you what it is. A lot is happening now!

Sounds like it could be round ligament pain.

It's just round ligament pain. I've had this the worst with this baby, than with my other 3 pregnancies. Gas and constipation has caused some crazy discomfort.
I actually thought that I was having an ectopic rupture that's how painful it was(and it wasn't ectopic).
