Sharp stabbing pains & cramping?

All day I've been having horrible sharp stabbing pains in my right ovary. I'm starting to cramp also No spotting. I tried to visit the ER a few ago and there was 94 people in front of me so I left. I have bloods tomorrow so I will leave a note with the nurse to give my OB, but anyone else experience this and have a healthy pregnancy? I remember having ligament pains with my girls but I want to say this pain is different. I'm really needing to hear this is okay and normal, but I do want the truth. Thank you

i believe the sharp stabbing pains on your ovary are likely the corpus luteum cyst that is created from the follicle the egg popped from, it makes the progesterone that sustains pregnancy until placenta form and takes over the job. I had the same thing and now at 7 weeks it seems to be settling down now the placenta is apparently formed/forming x

i also had cramps, pretty bad but again i was told this is normal due to stretching and making room for baby x
