Hi ladies,
My daughter Lola Rose was Born on Saturday at 6.10lbs. She was born naturally without induction at 37.6 weeks (taking us a little by surprise!)
I started getting a tummy ache watching comic relief, and gradually realised it my have not been a tummy ache at all!! i then started getiing much more pain, the contractions were all in my back as she turned back to back, and I tried to cope with gas and air but despite having 4 different anti sickness jabs I could not stop vomiting. I then had be put on a series of drips for dehydration so was confined to the bed, so an epidural seemed reasonable. It was lush!
The pushing was painful (understatement) as I did tht naturally as the epidural was allowed to wear off to help me push her out. But I would do it all again every day to have my baby girl.
Thanks to all you lovely ladies for your support over the third trimester, and looking forward to seeing you in baby club. :0)
