shooting pain in middle of vagina up to stomach

A week ago i had my period on time. My period usually lasts about 5 days. This one lasted a day 1/2. It was heavy.2 days later i had pinkinsh brown disharge only when I wiped and about once or twice a day. Starting yesterday I have been having a shooting pain in my middle vagina area up to my stomach. I have hadthis 3 times so far. could I be pregnant and is too early for a hpt.

On one hand, it could be trapped wind, but I'm not a doctor so if it becomes severe I'd see a doctor to put your mind at rest. Sorry I'm not much help but didn't want to read and run. Good luck hun
