Short Cycle TTC #1!

Hi! So imI'm on CD4 and already done with AF. I have short cycles...20-23 days and only bleed for a half day, full day, half again...and tmi! even then don't use a full tampon. I get so much mixed info...if I am "regular" then its good...if I have short cycles then I also have shorter times for the egg to attach......am I good am I of? Ugh! I'm overweight so Lord knows I'm already less likely to get Preggers. I want a baby so badly! I've been taking my temp like a druggie pops pills and taking my prenatals. Anyone else have short cycle issues? I used to be irregular in hs/college...then got on bc. Went off bc last October so we know it's not that. Hubby and I dtd last night and gonna keep it up till O is passed...may even keep it going for a week after that lol

Really, the length of your cycle does not matter, the length of your luteal phase is more important when it comes to TTC.

I dont know if you know what a luteal phase is, but it's the amount of time from ovulation to your period. It's usually between 10-16 days and it stays the exact same every cycle (for 99% of the population anyway). My luteal phase is 12 days and I have gotten pregnant before with that.
