Does anyone have this, and if so how did they find out?

Folk that say they have this have normally used opks twice a day and got a positive one morning then it was negative later in the day.

I only used opks once a day around 4pm, and when I got my positive opk I would stop testing - once you have the first +opk there is no need to keep testing anyway.

:flower:

I have a short surge. I usually ovulate the day I get my positive OPK, sometimes the day after but that's rare. I sometimes get positive opks a day or two after I've ovulated.. not sure why it happens to me but it does. I know for a fact exactly when I ovulate as my charts are clear as day and my CM always goes creamy and cervix goes low and hard the very next day. You can know this by using opks and charting bbt xx

I had a positive cb smiley and opk at 1:30pm today and at 10pm they were both negative, so a short LH surge for me this month. My cp was high soft and open with lots of ewcm at 1:30pm too.

Dtd last night and tonight and will do for next 3 days and then every other day to as a Precaution. Just need to see what my temps do and to confirm ovulation.

I was wondering about this too. I had a positive yesterday around 12:30 lunch time. It was negative in the morning and then negative again at 7 p.m......so I guess my surge is short too. I did feel the cramping pinching on the left ovary side so hoping my egg got out!
