Should I be excited or disappointed?

Today marks 9 days late for my af... I had a bfn when I tested and was really just wanting some type of explanation... Well earlier today I had ever so slight pink in my discharge today along with tiny cramps... If I didn't know any better I'd think it was
Implantation bleeding but can that even happen 9 days after my expected period?

I'm not sure how late implantation bleeding can show but it may just be a weird cycle or it cud be that the pink discharge was the start of ur af and it will show.

Ideally implantation happens between 6 and 12 days past ovulation, but there is always exceptions to the rule. Could you have ovulated late?

When I was pregnant with my little girl... I was about 7 days late and I did a test and it was negative but then I got cramping and tested again at 10 days late and it was positive. Do you have a long cycle length at all? Mine was 35 days then so perhaps something to do with that? Or maybe not..?
