should i be worried?

gettin paranoid over everylittle thing now lol
but should i be worried, my legs and feet have been swollen for a few weeks, but suddenly my right foot has gone like 3times the size :-/ and its all tingly :-/
should i be worried, or will it go away?

I havnt got a clue sorry! I always ring NHS direct or my midwife when im not sure about something.. lol
