I haven't been on in a while. I cam down with a terrible flu. It's pretty much gone now with antibiotics yet still have a chesty cough. Yuk. That's not really my concern though.
Firstly for about a month now I've been having chronic lower back pain. It never goes away. It feels like I have a knife in my back and any movement makes it feel like someone is twisting it. My SIL was telling me one of her friends had the same issue and had to be induced a month early because her body couldn't take it anymore. Could this be a possibility for me? I've tried everything yet I'm always in pain. I can't sleep through the night because of it.
Secondly I've been itching like crazy for a few days now. My hands, arms, back, legs, you name it. Certianly not just my belly and boobs. I remember my midwife mentioning something pregnant women can develop that has this symptom but I don't want to be one of those hypocondriac pregnant women who thinks every rare thing is happening to her.
Any thoughts ladies? Much appreciated

I don't know. I'd just call to put your mind at ease. That's what they are there for.

I had itchness for a while take Benadryl, as far as back.i had a pinched nerve with dd that hurt all the time, but finally went away

I don't think they will induce until you are full term unless there is a major health concern. I had horrendous symph. pubis pain with DS. Enough that it took my breath away if I rolled over in bed at night and even walking around was extremely painful. I had so much pressure and I begged to be induced due to extreme pain but she wouldn't budge, not even at 38 wks. 39 wks was earliest hospital would allow. Best of luck to you.
