I think when you've got a few close in age, especially the same gender, they do tend to play with older kids toys. I've got 4 boys and my youngest is 2 this month but been playing with imaginext for about 6 months and is getting into play Mobil now too Ds3 was really into lego at 2. Properly lego too, not just duplo

Yeah, definitely! My 2 year old knows as many shopkins names as my eldest, and loves barbies and playmobil.
This will be the first year of lego for us so no doubt they will all end up on a blanket on the floor, fighting over specific pieces of lego. The joys!

Went out yesterday to get Scarlett a 'baby's first Christmas' stocking with her name on, we got one for Alex's first Christmas 4 years ago.
Well we also picked up 2 more, one for Alex with his name on and another for Scarlett for next year with her name on

Last bits ordered and some delivered and I'm officially finished for my two little people

I'm well aware Lego is aged quite a bit upward from 3 1/2 but he has three ships already that are his favourite ever possessions and he's very good with them, rebuilding if a bit comes off and building space stations and being inspired in his play so really want to encourage his creativity there.

Thanks that's a good price. I'm not sure, I had a little look online it doesn't seem to be anywhere except Amazon at £100, surely that's not right.
I was going to pay £15 for two packs of 8 cars anyway from Argos so I'm thinking I'll try my luck and pop in sainsburys in the hope I can get one of those instead. X
