Little outfit for DD who is due to arrive on 17th December. I wouldn't usually buy anything but Riley turns 4 on the 28th and is curious about everything so think he would wonder why Santa forgot about his sister if we didn't buy her anything lol xx

I had the same reasoning 2 years ago (and 8 years ago for that matter) with my october babies. Just a couple of little gifts to stop the big ones questioning why the little ones didn't get anything

I'll try to get pics later but today we went shopping at Christmas Tree Shop (AKA my favorite place in the world) and I picked up quite a bit for decorations. I had a 20% off storewide coupon too so saved even more than I normally would.

I got:

A silver and gold tablecloth
Gold place mat on which to place a centerpiece
A copper metal Christmas tree sculpture
Mistletoe crackled glass candle holder
Red glass ball ornaments
Cinnamon broom (for now, not necessarily Christmas)
Two silver and gold glittery star ornaments
Santa and Mrs. Claus salt and pepper shakers

The girls got to choose one ornament each too. Lizzy chose a ballerina and Roxy and glittery purple star.

AND then I got some fancy flask bottles to bottle the apple cinnamon vodka for FIL and step-FIL. A Yoda cup filled with candy for my dad from the girls (he adores Yoda, lol, and we always get him one random Yoda thing for Christmas). And a pair of gourmet hot cocoa packs for a gift basket I'm making for my sister and her husband. I also got some "winter holiday" tea for myself.

I feel like it's been quite a productive day as far as Christmas prep goes!

My bank has taken a beating today. We went to Bicester village to do some serious adult Christmas shopping. I've got some fantastic bargains for myself, oh and Rio I'm so happy

Haha! Taking the bags from the car is as far as we have got tonight. We came straight home, put Rio to bed and caught up on X factor lol! I'll sort out all the bags and tidy up tomorrow, I am worn out! X

We picked up these over the past week. The yankee candle gifts are for MIL and SIL. The socks are for Scarlett. The dancing Santa is for my car and the napkins are for Christmas tea, just need the paper plates to go with them.

I got Rio's RL stash from Bicester out tonight and wrapped it. I'm so pleased we managed to get some great bargains. We have all had matching coats it's so cheesy, I'll have to post a photo of them all together. Rio's and his dad's are green and mine is the same style but cream. He will be so embarrassed when he's older lol!
