Any ideas here please??

I plan to stay home as long as possible when I am in labour. I have read that having the shower on your back is very helpful. Soooooo, thinking of getting some sort of stool/chair. Has anyone done this before? Would a multi purpose folding stool (less than a fiver) be ok do you think? Will it be too short?

Thanks :)

Haha labour??? I've had one my whole pregnancy hahah I couldn't stand for more than5mins without walking in early days coz I'd just vomit consistently..
I got a $5 stool that I would use to stand on to reach something or the kids would use at the basin when they're too short ...
Works a treat ... I just angle the shower head down a bit and its a lowly warm feeling on my back :)

Hmm, this sounds like a good idea. I was just thinking I could turn a bucket up-side down and sit on that.

Hadn't thought of that. If I get a small step, it could be used then when baby is older as well.
