Sickness back, with upper abdomen spasms... Anyone else?

I haven't felt sick since 10wks, had started feeling good, energy back, no ms. Then yesterday I was 17 wks and got sick in the morning, followed be massive exhaustion and nausea, was sent home from work early and just slept all day. Now I'm having muscle spasms in my upper abdomen which is not helping the nausea!

Sitting here wondering whether to go into work, whether to see doctor or whether to just rest... Utterly drained.

I know! I have slept almost solidly for two days, and lost my appetite, just want sleep . I read somewhere that you can have a hormone surge around 17 weeks, hopefully this is what it is and will go away again soon.
