hi hun, hope he gets better soon, try to give him water & avoid solids for some time. Plain yoghurt is good to settle his tummy. But if he's not interested dont force him to eat. He will need lots of fluids, cow milk might make it worse. If you want to offer him milk, delute it with some water. It usually takes 24 hrs to settle xx

ETA: Using lactose free milk or formula for 3 days also helps as it's easier to digest than regular milk

Hey, how does he seem now?
we have had two very different sickness bugs this month-
the first one we only fed her dry food for a couple of days, and stayed away from the milk as she kept vomiting that back up again. she wasnt particularly bothered about eating anyway but i left a plate of dry snacks, rich tea etc next to her all day just in case she fancied it. We made sure she drunk alot of water.
the second bug she was sick all night but woke up full of beans so we gave her her milk and breakfast as usual and she was fine.
Hope he gets better soon. Apparently bananas are very good with tummy bugs x
