I was just wondering if anyone had experienced something similar, and whether it was down to diet?

Been a couple of weeks, but comes and goes so none of it is a daily thing.

Headaches
Stomach Pain/Bloating
Nausea
Vomiting (not very often)
Sweet Smelling Urine
Tiredness

I'm not PG, and I have no family history of anything like diabetes.

I am fairly certain it is probably down to diet. I've been pretty slack, and not been taking my normal vitamins and oils for the last few weeks and not drinking enough water. I'm certainly not getting my 5 a day like I used to!

Diet...

Yesterday:

Breakfast: one slice brown toast
Lunch: Roast Vegetable Lasagne & chips
Dinner: Spaghetti

Snacks: Galaxy bar, two slices bread, 2 cans pepsi

Today:

Breakfast: skipped
Lunch: Tomato soup and two slices wholemeal bread

Snacks: 1 can pepsi

So has anyone else experienced anything similar, and did a change in diet help?

I havent but my OH gets similar if he eats a crappy diet and doesnt take his vitamins, he generally feels unwell, lethargic, dizzy spells, nausea

Double post.

Yes, but I went to the doctors about it who said it cant be a diet thing because you dont develop allergies/intolerances this late in life (I am 24), turned out she was wrong and I was eventually (after becoming quite poorly) diagnosed with coeliacs.

Have you ever cut wheat/gluten out of your diet before, coeliacs is a gluten intolerance and I am not necessarily saying you have that but bloating is a sign of some sort of intolerance.
