Side sleeper help - she's always soaking!

Hi there,

my daughter is 6 weeks old & suffers quite a lot with wind, due to this we always put her down on her side to Sleep & she settles far better.

The problem I have now is that her wee is soaking through her baby gro & the blanket! I have tried both a Huggies nappy and a Pampers and neither is any better or worse than the other!

Any ideas would be fab, thank you!!xx

i used pampers sensitive but changed in the middle of the night

i was having the exact same problem.

i stopped using pampers little snuggies and switched to huggies pure and naturals. i also went up a size and did it up nice and tight.

Going up a size might help and as PepsiChic says do it up nice and tightly. You should be able to find a nappy that doesn't leak but it might take a bit of trial and error.

I had the same problem (before I switched to cloth nappies) with huggies and pampers- sainsburys liittle eco are a much better fit

I'm finding the same thing with my little boy. I thought it was me doing something wrong with his wee tail as we have all girls in our family and he is 1st boy! lol

I use little angels comfort dry from Asda and have never had a leak with them, unless OH does the nappy change and forgets to untuck the leg frills!!

If she has a preferred side, you can make sure that side is overlapped more and do it nice and tight.
