Signed off for my Section

After switching OBs late in my pregnancy I just signed my papers for an elective cesarian. I also signed the papers for a tubal ligation (sterilization). I had a pretty good experience with my first section. I was awake and loved being awake to spend time with baby. I didn't want to be all groggy.

My only issue is that they did a really big incision. They thought he was gonna be much larger than he was and it caused the healing to take longer. Other than that my experience was good and baby had no extra distress.

I am feeling a little nervous but also relieved that things are set.
