Hi girls,

Well I found BnB a while back and have always just read the posts from everyone else. Everyone seemed so supportive. Finally decided to jump in with both feet. Guess I was a little nervous about really joining because pretty much everyone here seems to be in a relationship. I'm not. I'm single - and trying to have a child on my own. I've had 7 failed IUI's and after this one I'm moving on to IVF. Its quite the journey - I hope to share it with all of you. And of course can't wait for the

Congratulations! I'm "older", divorced, and expecting my first, too. My only sense of security is that I've spent 15 years building a career. I know that I'll personally have more maturity and more knowledge to do this now than if it I'd had a child in my 20s.
