Sinus Tract On Neck

Hi all....my son who was born Feb 13, 2009 has what they call a sinus tract opening on his neck..its a very small pinhole that leaks sticky clear fluid once in a while...anyways he has an appt with an ENT doctor on April 24 to see what they can do to fix this...anyone else ever go thru this? just wandering what to expect...
