sippy cup question

What should i put in it??

connah can use it but i am just putting water in it. he has a milk feed at 4pm,then a puree then i let him have some water ou of the sippy.
is this ok?

I give Violet water in her sippy cup with her meals

Yes, water with each meals is what I did (and actually I still do) and then gradually most of DDs (9 1/2 mnths) milk goes into the cups, just the bedtime bottle now

We gave her only water in her sippy cup. We are thinking of buying her another colour sippy cup for putting milk in when we try to wean her off the bottle.
