sit ups ?

In the past few weeks my belly seems to gone a bit more podgy im not sure whether its cos ive stoped breast feeding and all the chocolate over xmas prob hasnt helped but how many sit ups should i do a day to make a difference as i really want to tone up my belly ? xx
 
Just start with say 10-15 morn/night maybe and increase it every few days until you're comfortable with the amount you're doing. You know your own limit, so I think it's best to go steady.
 
Do some more cardio as well just doing pushups isn't going to get rid of that extra belly flab. Even if it's just walking it should help :) But start lightly so you don't over work yourself!
 
Pilates ! It also helps getting rid of the love handles !
