Site crashing

I have endless problems with BNB, site freezing, crashing, i have to Log back in etc etc etc. It's really begining to annoy me know, why is it doing this?. i frequent many forums and websites and it's only BNB that does this. Anybody know the answer please? many thanks

Keeps happening to me too, i was in GS before and no warning the webpage just closed. Usually the webpage freezes for me and i have to go through the palava of Ctrl+Alt+Del and shut it down and reopen it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one it's been happening for so long now I've stopped visiting as much as I'd like too x

I have had no other reports which is confusing if you are claiming this has been happening for some time.

Have you cleared your cache and rebooted the computer/device?

I've been trying to get on the site all day but it was freezing the webpage & closing it down etc. so I gave up. It only happens every now and then but has been happening for a while .

So far it hasn't crashed on me again

Yes cleared the cache many times!, it's so frustrating!, see how long it lasts tonight before booting me out

When you say it crashes does it close down or just stop responding (does nothing)? Do you get an error message?

Hi wobbles, managed 35minutes tonight!. Yes it just comes up Baby And Bump has stopped responding sending error report to Microsoft etc etc. I then have to go right off to Log back on again?

There have been some other reports so have informed the tech team.
