skinny vs curvy

i know this sounds like a silly thread.... but i'm watching bridget jones and i really do think renee looks better with a bit of timber on her frame..... some people are naturally skinny and they look beautiful.... i am naturally curvy and i'm wondering if that is making me a bit biased? what do you all think? just being nosey?!

I think curves suit her a lot more! And I also loved sophie Dahl curvy, she doesnt look as great so slim, but someone like kate moss and erin o connor look amazing skinny!

I would never ever be super skinny as I'll always have massive boobies lol

I'm just talking to Tracie about this on MSN! I prefer the curvy look. I'm 5'2, have size 3 feet and get into size 4 (US size zero) quite easily and I weigh barely 7 stone. But not because I starve myself, goven half a chance I would sit and eat 24/7, mainly junk food. I am just so petite! I know my weight isn't healthy and I hate that I am so desperately thin and I keep getting told by people that I'm too skinny. That hurts the same as being told you're too fat. If I could be any size I would be a size 10/12, have a bum, some hips, some BOOBS!! So am I extremely jealous of all you curvy ladies, any unwanted weight, chuck it over here!

Up until the age of 22 i was really skinny (in secondary school they actually thought i was anorexic - i just happened to LOVE swimming) anyway...i remember going to french connection and buying size 6 jeans and getting home and crying!! it was horrible and i dont understand why someone would want to be that skinny (posh spice, etc) i remember feeling sick at my hip bones sticking out but i ate and ate and it wouldnt come on. Then when i was 22, i had a boob job and i finally started to put on weight....and i feel so happy and so much better for it. (im 5"9 by the way)

My ex boyfriend hated it but my OH loves my body and even though i have put on weight since having Maley (im in between a size 12 and 14 - so a 13 ) i am so happy and i love my body!! Some people who know me say its because I have only ever dated black men (who are notorious for liking bigger women) but its not because i hated being skinny even before i was interested in boys. I just feel healthier and i think its natural for women to have curves!

Curvy although, if someone is healthy I think that is the most important thing.

I am a size 8 and am just inside the healthy BMI for my height at the moment which is due to stress so am thinner than I would normally be but I still have a fair but of coverage on my bones in the imporant bits - I still have boobs and a bum!
